It took me a long time to be able to meditate.
I was one of those people that just thought my mind was too chattery for it to be quiet. But I persevered and slowly I became able to sit and be still and go inwards. I will never forget the first time it happened. It was the most amazing and blissful feeling I have ever experienced. Now it is part of my every day.
I want to share the joys with you it brings to you and the positive effect it has on your life.
My aim in meditation is to guide you to go inwards. I don't necessarily work with trying to quieten the mind, but rather the opposite, I will often ask you to sit in the mind and observe.
I guide the breath and let it do the work to take you inwards. To that blissful place. To the real you. Your essence.
